pumpkin patch love

It’s become one of our favorite family traditions to go visit the pumpkin patch at Green Acres Farm the first weekend in October. Every year we go pick out the pretty pumpkins big and teeny and take plenty of pictures to document. It’s so fun to look back on pictures from years past and see how we’ve all changed and how our family has grown. Last year Annie was toddling around, having recently learned to walk, and this year she was running all around screaming “punkins everywhere” – a line from her favorite picture book. These are the moments I wish I could live in forever. Next year we’ll have two little ones picking out pumpkins and I couldn’t be more thrilled. As L.M. Montgomery wrote in one of my favorite books:

“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.”
